Four countries.
Five sectors. One trusted partner.
Danet Al Mutwaset is a commercial brokerage group operating across Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Libya — with specialised divisions in commercial brokerage, agriculture, heavy machinery, power generation, and oil & gas.
Founded in Qatar in 2019, Danet Al Mutwaset has grown into a multi-sector commercial brokerage group with a presence across the Gulf and North Africa. The group facilitates strategic transactions, partnerships, and supply-chain relationships for organisations operating in some of the region's most pivotal industries.
Through dedicated branches in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Libya — and an experienced advisory bench across each jurisdiction — we connect counterparties, structure deals, and unlock cross-border opportunities for established operators and ambitious newcomers alike.

Commercial Brokerage
Our founding division. We facilitate commercial transactions, broker partnerships, and connect companies with strategic counterparties across the GCC and North Africa — handling deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and closure end to end.

Agriculture
A regional agribusiness practice serving producers, distributors, and investors. We broker supply agreements, source agricultural commodities, and support cross-border agricultural trade between North Africa and the Gulf — a corridor of growing strategic importance.
Specialist brokerage and supply of heavy, medium, and light transport equipment for various uses — including trucks, earthmoving, lifting and material-handling equipment, and a broad range of related solutions, for procurement at institutional scale. We structure and facilitate large-fleet acquisitions between manufacturers and end-buyers — primarily government bodies sourcing vehicles for waste management or broader applications, and oil field operators sourcing fleets for upstream operations. Our role spans specification, sourcing, commercial negotiation, and delivery coordination.

Power Generation
A dedicated practice connecting the public and private sectors across the region's power and energy-infrastructure markets. We act as intermediary between government utilities, ministries, and state-owned enterprises and the private operators, OEMs, and service providers supplying generation, distribution, and grid-support solutions — facilitating procurement, partnership, and project-development conversations through to closure.
Sector-focused brokerage and advisory for the energy industry. We work with operators, traders, and service providers on supply and offtake arrangements, equipment and services brokerage, and partnership formation across upstream, midstream, and downstream activities.

— 04 / Approach
How we work, and why it matters.
001
Discretion as default
The transactions we broker are sensitive by nature. Confidentiality, careful counterparty handling, and disciplined information flow are how we operate — not a feature we advertise.
002
Cross-border by design
With permanent presence in four jurisdictions, we are not a referral network — we are an operating group. That changes how deals get sourced, structured, and closed across borders.
003
Sector specialists, not generalists
Each division is led by sector practitioners. The result is brokerage that understands the underlying industry — its commercials, its counterparties, and its regulatory texture.
